About Bruce Sanguin Bruce Sanguin
Bruce Sanguin is a Minister at the Canadian Memorial United Church, author of “Darwin, Divinity and the Dance of the Cosmos” and Vice-President of Be the Change Earth Alliance, a community engagement program bringing citizens into meaningful dialogue and personal action regarding Climate Change. In his inspirational presentation, Rev. Bruce Sanguin will explain how we have become so disconnected from the earth that sustains us despite so much evidence that our planet is in crisis by exploring how our isolating consumer culture has dampened our ability to draw meaning from the sacred world we live in, and how restoring a sense of wonder for the world can help rebuild this relationship. His talk will leave the audience inspired to reconnect with people and the planet to begin the task of restoring our environment.

About The Out of the Box Experience Show The Out of the Box Experience
Toby Beaulieu is a musician who envisions his music to raise awareness towards peace and a new sphere of being. His passion, and purpose, is to put his talent at the service of the universal community and world peace. His music, words, and performances on stage are inspired by the paintings of Alain Corrigou whose work focuses on peaceful consciousness. His show “The Out of the Box Experience” is a 60 minute multi-media show aimed at providing a unity experience. Designed to create a warm feeling among those who attend, this mind expanding presentation is highly interactive stimulating all our senses including our sense of smell with essentials oil, our sense of sight with a power point program featuring fantastic slides of the cosmos and galaxies from the Hubbell telescope, visionary paintings as well as our sense of hearing with a Pink Floydish sound track, live congas, live rock and Spanish guitar, Toby’s voice, and the low deep frequency voice of Dan Popov narrating a book called: The Hidden Words. Between songs he likes to perform magic tricks and make people laugh.

About Kevin Damaskie, Master of Ceremony
Kevin Damaskie moved to Whistler in 1992 in pursuit of cold, deep powder and hot stories to foster his budding journalism career. About a millisecond after he arrived, he realized Whistler was the best community in the world and started building a life in this wonderful valley. He worked as a reporter at the Whistler Question before designing and launching Pique Newsmagazine with three partners where he toiled as senior editor. For the next decade, he worked as a consultant in communications, community relations and spent countless hours for little money writing ski travel stories for the likes of Powder, Skier and Ski Canada magazines. For the past year he has worked as the Sustainability Coordinator for the Resort Municipality of Whistler, primarily focusing on community engagement and communications for Whistler2020, our community's comprehensive sustainability plan. He lives in Whistler with his lovely partner, Leslie, two little boys Winter and Chance and one springer spaniel, Ginsberg. Still in pursuit of deep powder and the deeper meaning of life.
